Waiting time on single case is just a number of minutes patient waited. It is not divided on days patient waited.
We show waited time on a date case has been created.

Example A

Case has been created on Saturday, 2026-4-4. Unit opened on Monday 2026-4-6 at 8 and caregiver picked up case 8:35. Waiting time 35 minutes will be shown in report on 2026-4-4, when patient created case.

Example B

Unit opens any weekday between 8:00 and 16:00. Case has been created on Monday Apr 6, 2026, just 5 minutes before unit closed. Patient case has been picked up by caregiver on Wednesday, Apr 8, 2026 at 8:05 by caregiver. Waiting time is:

  • 5 minutes on Monday
  • 8 hours (480 minutes) on Tuesday
  • 5 minutes on Wednesday

490 minutes in total. It will be shown in report on Apr 6, 2026, when patient created case:
