Respond to an invitation to a case
Your colleagues can invite you to help them in cases. Make sure to check the “New consultations” section regularly to ensure that your colleagues get the help they need.
How to respond to an invitation – by profession
- Go to the Overview.
- Find the list “New consultations”.
- Click the list heading to unfold it.
- Click on a case that you want to consult in.
- A pop-up message appears with three options:
- Accept the invite – and become a consultant in the case. You are redirected to the case view, and you are now a consultant in the case. The patient will be notified in the chat.
- Decline the invite. You will be asked if you want to add a comment. The patient will be able to see the comment in the chat. If you choose to decline an invitation by profession neither you or your colleagues can access the case again.
- Cancel and leave the case for someone else or open it another time.
