Follow a patient’s assessments over time. Assessments from different occasions are shown in the same graph.

The assessment scales that a patient responds to in the platform have a corresponding graph under the assessments tab in the report. Here, all the patient’s assessments per scale are collected with the scale name above each graph. This makes it possible to follow the patient’s values over time.

It is possible to see the graph after the patient has filled in the same assessment scale twice. Subscales, which sometimes differ in their score ranges, are shown in a separate graph.

• The x-axis of the graph shows the date when the assessment was made.
• The y-axis of the graph shows the number of points

The cut-off values for each scale are matched to the interpretation of scores. The cut-off values of the last assessment are shown by a dashed line in the graph.

Note!

• If a questionnaire contains several rating scales, they are displayed in separate graphs with the name of the scale above each graph.
