The control tower allows users with access to monitor a unit in real time.

How to access the Control tower

Select Control Tower in the main menu for your unit. Only users given access can see this section. A superuser for a unit can manage this.

Data for colleagues

  • Total number of colleagues that are logged in
  • Names of the colleagues that are logged in
  • Number of colleagues that are logged in per role

Data for cases

  • New cases, listed by reason for contact
  • Number of cases currently in progress (the patient journey), separated by the following phases:
    • Onboarding – number of cases where the patient has answered personal details in the process (phone number, email, etc.). This key figure is limited to only show cases with activity during the last four hours.
    • Medical history taking – number of cases where the patient is answering questions. This key figure is limited to only show cases with activity during the last four hours.
    • Payment – number of cases where the patient adds their payment details. This key figure is limited to only cases with activity during the last four hours.
    • New cases – total number of new cases.
    • Handover – total number of cases that have been flagged for handover to a new owner.
    • Ongoing cases – total number of ongoing cases.
    • Paused cases – total number of cases that have been paused.
    • Closing a case suggested by caregiver – total number of cases where a caregiver has suggested to end the case but the patient still has not responded to the request.
    • Closing a case confirmed by patient – offboarding questions in progress: Total number of cases where the patient has agreed to close the case and is currently responding to the offboarding questions.
