What an external consulting caregiver can do or not

A caregiver, asked to do a consultation in another unit, can do the same tasks as a caregiver within your unit except a few differences.

An external consultant can only invite users from their own unit. These users must have collaborator permissions and their profession needs to be activated for this specific workflow.

A consultant from another unit can not:

  • Take ownership of a case
  • Close a case
  • Handover a case to another user
  • Pause a case
  • Remove pending invitations
  • Remove participants
  • Invite someone from another unit
