Answer memory helps returning patient to fill out questions

Answer memory is available for about 50 questions regarding e.g. health problems, medications, allergies, previous operations and employment.

This means that returning patients see what they have answered before and can confirm whether it is correct or if they want to change their answer. An answer is saved on all units within the same organization, within the data storage time set for the organization.

Example:

Organisation
* Unit A
* Unit B

The patient answers a question that has an answer memory on unit A. If the patient later gets the same question on unit B, the patient’s answer from unit A will be pre-filled.

Note! For the question “Describe the reason for your contact” the answer is saved for 4 hours. For answer memory in general answers are saved accoring to a unit’s data retention time.
