For an optimal and secure user experience on the Doctrin platform, we recommend using a fully supported browser. Doctrin ensures quality and functionality in the two latest versions of each supported browser.

The Doctrin platform uses a web-based interface and requires a browser that supports TLS, WebSockets and JavaScript. No information – other than essential cookies, for example session ID – is stored locally on the user’s device. We recommend a bandwidth of at least 1 Mbit/s and a latency of no more than 100 ms. No third-party software is required for the platform to function.

The interface for clinical and administrative users

A PC or Mac with at least 8 GB of memory is recommended. As clinicians handle large amounts of information and high demands are placed on patient safety, the interface is optimised for browser windows with a width of 1280 pixels or more. A screen resolution of at least 1280×1024 is recommended.

The patient interface automatically adapts to the screen in use – whether on a mobile phone, tablet or desktop. No specific hardware or software is required, as the solution is entirely web-based.
