The patient profile makes it possible to get a deeper understanding of a patient’s medical history and better adapt care to the patient’s needs. It gathers a patient’s all activities in the platform; cases, sendouts and responses to self-assessment scales over time.

Add-on feature
The full version of the patient profile is an add-on feature that can be added at extra cost. Contact Doctrin support for questions and upgrades. The summary tab is always available to everyone in the platform.

The patient profile can be found in two ways

1. By the tab “Patient profile” in the main menu, where you search for a patient by their identifier. Depending on how your unit is con?configured it can be e.g. a NHS number.

2. By clicking on a patient’s name in the platform.

Description of the tabs in the patient profile

Tabs Description
Summary Here you can see a summary of all a patient’s ongoing and completed activities.
Cases Here the patient’s ongoing and closed cases are displayed. It is also possible to see in which cases the patient has added images. This is marked with an icon.
Sendouts Here you can see a patient’s scheduled and sent sendouts and their current status. There are times when a scheduled sendout is not shown here, e.g. if they never have logged in to the platform before.
Assessments Here a patient’s self-assessments over time are shown in a graph. Data is presented when a patient has responded to two or more assessment scales. This tab allows you to get a deeper understanding of a patient’s health and condition over time.

Note!
The activities and events shown in the patient profile are regulated by a unit’s data retention time. Once a case or sendouts has passed a unit’s data retention time, it no longer shows up in the patient profile.

Patient profile for child or teenager

For a child or teenager the platform shows general information (contact details, consent) in the patient profile.

The platform can not by itself verify a relation between a gurdian and a child/teenager. Therefore cases and sendouts can not be shown in an overview as for an adult. Note that there can be cases and sendouts for a child/teenager even if the platformn can not show them in the patient profile.
