In the Team chat can you and your colleagues discuss a case in private.

No messages or shared files in the Team chat will be visible for the patient. All caregivers working in the case will see the messages.

How to discuss with colleagues in Team chat
  1. Go to the case view for a patient.
  2. Note two tabs in the top of the chat saying “Patient chat” and “Team chat“. Select the “Team chat” tab.
  3. The background of the chat area will change to dark bluegrey and the background of the text area turns yellow.
  4. Write in the textfield to send a message.
  5. Send.
