Icon Explanation
A new case.
The patient acted last. By writing a chat message but can also be for accepting handover/invite to/from another unit. Which might happen after a caregiver user wrote last.
A purple arrow-icon indicates that an owner has requested a Handover (internal or external), and the case is pending approval from a recipient.
A white arrow-icon indicates that a patient has not yet accepted that the case is handed over to an external unit.
Case has been handed over.
A caregiver acted last.
Paused case. E.g. waiting for test results.
The case has been closed. The patient has agreed to close it.
The case has been closed. The patient has not explicitly agreed to close it. This can happen if the time has expired (the patient does not reply within the given time limit), or the caregiver has selected “Close case” but the patient has not yet confirmed. It can also happen if the caregiver has used “Forced closure”, to close a case without concent from the patient.
