The archive is created to support you when you e.g. need to document activities in an external system.

The archive of closed cases can be found in the main menu. It is available as a resource when you need to document important details in, for example, an external system. By default, all cases closed within the last 14 days are shown here. If you need to find cases older than 14 days, use the search function to filter a selection of cases.

Search in the archive

You can search for a person’s identifier (e.g. NHS number) and a date range to find cases for which you are the owner. Professionals with a coordinator permission profile can also search for the case owner’s name.

Note! Cases older than the data retention time for a unit are not shown since they are deleted from the platform.

Type of closed cases shown in archive

Closed using default way
• When a clinician closed a case + patient has confirmed.
• When a clinician closed a case; but the patient never confirmed + and the case has not expired yet (i.e. could potentially be activated by the patient).
• When a clinician closed a case; but the patient never confirmed + the case expired and was closed automatically.

Closed using hard closure
• When a clinician closed a case.
